Sales & operations consulting

Less manual work. Fewer dropped handovers.

We map how work actually moves through sales and operations, remove manual steps and unclear handovers, and connect the tools your team already uses.

Sounds familiar?

When the business runs on spreadsheets and goodwill.

  • The same data is typed into three different tools.
  • Leads and orders fall through the cracks between teams.
  • Your CRM is out of date, so nobody trusts the pipeline.
  • Growth means hiring more people for the same manual work.
  • Only one or two people know how key processes really work.
What you get

Processes and tools that fit how your team works.

We start with the work, not the software, then connect the tools you already have.

You receiveA plan to approve, with scope and measures.

  3. Build

We configure, integrate and build with your team and document every change.

You receiveWorking changes in use, documented for your team.

  4. Improve

We measure time saved and errors removed, adjust and hand over.

You receiveA review against the agreed measures, and a handover.

Questions

Common questions.

Which CRM and tools do you work with?
We work with what you have, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Notion, and only suggest changes when they clearly help.
Do you replace our current tools?
Rarely as a first step. Most gains come from simpler processes and connecting the tools you already use.
Can you build custom software?
Yes, small internal tools and integrations. We keep them simple and documented so your team can maintain them.
Where does AI fit in?
Once a process is clear, AI can often draft, summarise or route work. We add it where it is safe and useful.
Next step

Tell us what you're working on.

Start with a conversation. You don't need a formal brief, just a sense of the challenge you want to solve.

What happens next

  1. You book a call at a time that suits you.
  2. On the call we get to understand the situation, your goals and any constraints.
  3. We follow up with a written proposal: approach, scope and next steps. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
